The Air Vent Assembly Line consists of multiple independent functional stations arranged in sequence. Each module can be independently adjusted, added, removed, or reconfigured. Complete Production Workflow
The standard process flow begins with manual loading. Then upper and lower housing, buckle, and spring nut assembly are performed. Inner blade assembly with automatic oil application comes next, followed by drive shaft component assembly. Housing and damper automatic screw driving is then completed. Motor assembly and manual screw driving follow. Finally, comprehensive testing for leakage, noise, electrical performance, and missing parts is performed.
