The Automotive Interior Panel Production Line is a modular integrated manufacturing system for panel deep processing. This equipment is built for preheating, punching, and edge wrapping of automotive interior panels, composite panels, and plastic panels. The line integrates three independent process units: constant temperature heating, precision punching, and edge wrapping and shaping. The standardized modular architecture allows these units to be connected into a fully automatic continuous production line or used as separate stand-alone machines. This flexibility adapts to different production layouts and capacity requirements. The product uses a circulating hot air system with zone temperature control. The heating unit uses circulating hot air with adjustable temperature from 0 to 200°C. Multi-zone temperature control maintains excellent uniformity across the entire heating chamber. The punching unit uses high-rigidity molds with precision guide structures. It handles multiple hole types, angled holes, and side cutting operations. The product delivers stable operation with high forming accuracy. The edge wrapping unit combines infrared auxiliary heating with servo drive control. This ensures consistent and uniform edge wrapping and shaping results. Modular System Architecture
 

The Automotive Interior Panel Production Line consists of three independent modules. The constant temperature heating unit features optimized hot air circulation with no localized hot spots. The MFS punching unit uses reinforced structures with standard guide posts and guide bushes for smooth, precise movement. The edge wrapping and shaping unit uses servo drive control for excellent precision. All modules can be customized and adjusted as needed. The equipment features an optimized structural design with reinforced welding to prevent shell bulging.
