The motorcycle chassis dynamometer is specifically designed for rear-wheel drive two-wheeled motorcycles. The system adopts all-digital four-quadrant AC variable frequency dynamometer technology and supports a hybrid simulation of mechanical inertia + full electric inertia. It accurately simulates road driving resistance to complete bench tests for motorcycle power performance, energy consumption/range, endurance cycles, and emissions, replacing a large number of outdoor road tests. The complete system consists of a drum mechanical bench, an AC dynamometer host, a power distribution cabinet, a frontal cooling fan, vehicle clamping fixtures, an Advantech industrial computer, and specialized test software.
