The motorcycle vibration durability test rig adopts a front-and-rear double-drum structure. Removable bumps are installed on the drums to simulate bumpy road surfaces. A variable frequency drive motor drives the drums to rotate, replicating road vibration conditions with different speeds and amplitudes. This allows for the completion of vehicle durability and reliability tests in a laboratory setting, effectively replacing outdoor road tests.

 

The equipment includes a double-drum drive system, vehicle clamping fixtures, a power electrical control cabinet, an Advantech industrial computer, and specialized measurement and control software. It meets the requirements of motorcycle manufacturers for R&D, quality inspection, and third-party testing laboratories.
